1. Dedication To Denyse Dolny-Lipsy
This newsletter is dedicated to my dear, beautiful friend
Denyse, who passed away on February 28th, 2006 after
putting up a strong fight to breast cancer. She is one of
the most cherished people who have entered my life. She
was bright, honest, and loved me totally as I am. She
made me feel like her family was my own!
I'm sharing this article I wrote a few years back in
rememberance of Denyse. As mentioned in the article -
"Then there are the people we LOVE. I mean, REALLY LOVE.
They walk into the room, our eyes light up, and a smile
sweeps across our faces."

2. Baked Rosemary w/ Caraway Sweet Potato
3 medium sweet potatoes
2 TB olive oil
A big handful fresh rosemary, chopped
½ TB caraway seeds
Preheat oven 400 degrees F.
Scrub sweet potatoes under running water and cut into
big chunks
Sprinkle baking dish with oil, place the sweet potatoes
into the dish and add rosemary and caraway seeds.
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and bake for 50
minutes.
Optional: Sweet potatoes can also be baked with
cinnamon and 2 TBSP maple syrup

One of the services I offer is education and coaching for
women with genital herpes. 1 in 4 women carry the virus
that causes genital herpes, and once diagnosed, many
women have difficulty finding accurate information. It is
also common to struggle with their self-image and
confidently entering into new relationships.
