1. What Was Your Primary Thought This Winter?
Did you know that the official first day of spring was
Monday? Spring is such an amazing time of year! In many
ways it's better than January 1st for setting new goals and
starting new things. It's also a great time for falling in love,
my personal favorite and current interest! :-)
As spring begins, some of you realize that your New Year's
Resolutions to eat healthier and lose weight never
amounted to anything, and the countdown to summer and
bathing suit season is gaining on you!
Where Did The Last Three Months Go?
Some of you didn't even notice the last three months go
by because you were working so hard, or perhaps just
hibernating from the cold weather.
So...this week, I want to know what's been on your mind
all winter. What has been the primary thing you have
been thinking about?
This is a great question isn't it. Before reading on, just
stop and think for a moment. What has been your
primary concern, and/or your primary delight?
These Were My Thoughts
For me, honestly, it's been loneliness and what is most
meaningful to me in my life. It is so easy, particularly in
New York City, to get so caught up in work and ambition
that we don't have time for relationships...yet
relationships are where we really leave our legacy, and
it's relationships that are what really change people's
lives...our own life, and the people's lives around us...
But this article isn't about relationships, I'm sharing this
because for me, I realized that I needed more people
closer to me in my daily life, and as spring was
approaching I made a clear choice to change my
circumstances. I am becoming much more involved in
my friendships and making a concerted effort to take
my relationships to a deeper level. It's been really
amazing for me!
What Are You Going To Do About It?
So...when you think about what has been on your
mind for the last several months, what does it tell you
about you? Are you ready to make a change. What
are you going to do? How are you going to do it?
What is the first step you will take?
Mark it in your calendars now, before you forget or
procrastinate again!
Stay in touch. You know I love your replies to the
newsletter, so keep sending them.
xoxo

"I thought by going to Melissa I would get a few dieting tips, some
new recipes to try at home, maybe lose 2 or 3 pounds, and walk
away feeling pretty good about myself. What I received from my
sessions with Melissa was so much more! Melissa went to the root
of my "troubles" and concerns, she lead me to a place where I could
let go, forgive, and be more proactive about my dreams. Since
Melissa, I have been dancing and performing more than ever and
feeling much more positive about my life and career. I sought out
Melissa to lose five pounds yet, in the end, I wound up gaining so
much more than anticipated. I have filled my life with so much
meaningful matter that craving healthy foods has come naturally and
I desire them in order to support my lifestyle. My achieved weight
loss ended up being just an added bonus." -
