1. Some Notes & An Interesting Article On Dairy

Hi guys. I'm in Orlando this week. It's hot here,
but not much hotter than it's been in NYC. I hope
you all had a great Memorial Day weekend! I went
fishing and slept under the stars out in the
country!

If you're hoping to get a cooking class in this
summer, try to get into one of the June classes
because I'm not sure I'll be teaching in July &
August. The kitchen space gets quite hot during
the summer. Classes will definitely start up again
in September though. If there's enough demand, I
may hold one or two before Sept. Just let me know.

Last but not least. I'm sharing an article with
you from the New York Times. It's on a study that
showed women who consume conventional dairy products
injected with bovine growth hormone,a hormone that
is not permitted to be injected into organic dairy
cows, ave an increased incidence of twins. I have
concerns about how consuming this hormone affects
our bodies...so I found this article quite
interesting.
