1. Ho Ho Ho - A Therapeutic Exercise for You
Ho Ho HO! No. It's not Christmas yet, but it's Friday
morning which is a good enough reason to say Ho Ho Ho,
don't you think?
Ya know, I really really love the New Year. New Year's
Day especially. It feels so good to pack away the old
and bring out the new.
I love planning and organizing. I love challenging myself
and setting goals and then reviewing them at the end
of the year to see what I accomplished.
Next Week
Next week we'll talk about getting clear about goals
for the 2007, but this week let's do another fun
exercise.
The year goes by so fast that it's easy to forget what
you actually have done and the meaningful experiences
you had. But it's important to try and remember. As
we grow older, these memories will become more and
more valuable to us.
This Year
Go back to January 2006. Try to remember where
you were New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Then
starting with that month, write down one or two
things you remember about your life in that month.
Since memories will become more and more important to
us as we age, it's great if you can keep this list in a
scrapbook or journal. It's okay to remember the
blunders too.
Go through each month of this year and do the same
thing.
If you'd like, make another column to include major
occurrences that happened within the seasons. Winter,
Spring, Summer, Fall. It may trigger memories that you
didn't think of as you went through the months.
Christmas
For Christmas I'm going on the road with my dad who
is a truckdriver. I'm going to be writing a blog so you
can find out what I eat and how I exercise on the
road. Find out if I hit any roadblocks. ;-) Check out
the details below.

I love working with young women! It's a time in life

I am going on the road with my dad for 2 weeks. Check
