1. What Do You Want?

Over the last four years MyHeartDances has developed
into a place where individuals can take a balanced, yet
dynamic, approach to their life and health. It was
created with the desire to see you be empowered in
your life by encouraging you to sift outside information
(on what you should do with your life; what you should
eat, who you should be, marry, date, etc.) through the
knowledge of your own body, thoughts, and feelings;
what it is that makes YOU work, specifically and uniquely.

My greatest desire is to see you live authentically and
with integrity...not just with others, but with yourself...
and that you would take on your fears, overcome
laziness, and go after what you really want in your life -
whether it be a job, losing weight, telling someone how
you feel, or writing that book.|

Tools That Have Developed

I am so excited and amazed by the tools we have
created to do this!

-A Balanced Perspective Weekly E-newsletter
-Small Group Organic Cooking Classes
-Private Coaching
-Self-Esteem and Body Image Workshops
-Weight Loss Groups and Workshops
-After-School Healthy Cooking for Kids
-and confidential groups for women affected by herpes

These are all great, but I want to do more. And I want
to know what services you want? What services would
you like to see me offer? What kind of support do you
wish you could have?

Some Ideas I've Been Tossing Around

I have been tossing around the idea of doing a self-
esteem and body image group over the summer. I have
also been working on an audio book, and twirling around
ideas for other books and workbooks. I've thought
about starting some morning walking groups.

But what I really want is to hear from you.

So tell me your thoughts. Tell me what's on your mind.
Let me know what services would work for you, and what
you feel like would really make a difference in your life.

Even if it's a service I already offer, but you wish it
happened at a different time. Tell me that too!

I can't wait to hear from you!

Melissa

Melissa changed my life. Better yet, she guided me to a place where I could make changes in my life. I thought by going to Melissa I would get a few dieting tips, some new recipes to try at home, maybe lose 2 or 3 pounds, and walk away feeling pretty good about myself. What I received from my sessions with Melissa was so much more! Melissa went to the root of my "troubles" and concerns, she lead me to a place where I could let go , forgive, and be more proactive about my dreams. I remember her saying, "I don't want to see you miss out on following your dreams." She also helped me find ways to incorporate healthy eating into my renewed daily NYC life. SInce Melissa, I have been dancing and performing more than ever and feeling much more positive about my life and career. I sought out Melissa to lose five pounds yet, in the end, I would up gaining so much more than anticipated. I have filled my life with so much meaningful matter that craving healthy foods has come naturally and I desire them in order to support my lifestyle. My achieved weight loss ended up being just an added bonus. - Charlotte, Dancer, NYC 2006
