1. If You Had A Purpose?
If there was something in this life that you were designed
to do, what would it be?
If you were not permitted to answer the question with "I
don't know," what would you say?
What takes your breath away?
Where in this world do you want to make a difference
more than in any other place?
What do you do that you find most joy in doing?
It is so easy to get stuck. Sometimes we get off course
because all of our different wants get jumbled. We want
to work hard for certain things that are our long term
goals, and then we sabotage those goals because we
want instant gratification in some other area.
Examples
Some examples might be trying to save money for
something that we really would like to have in our future.
But we keep spending it because we want that pair of
jeans NOW, or that new and improved gadget, or the daily
iced latte from Starbucks. We might want to lose weight,
but we don't want to give up those peanut butter cookies,
party treats, and summer ice cream cones. We might
want to become a fill in the blank, but we don't want to
give up our free time now to devote time to education or
school.
Answer these questions:
What do I really want from my life? What are the things I
want to achieve?
What thing is more important to me than anything else?
What are the top three most important things to me?
What other interests do I have that are important, but not
as important as my top goals?
Where or How am I spending my time in areas that don't
really matter?
Prioritize
Sometimes we have to put things into perspective.
Sometimes we realize we have been wasting time on things
that aren't so important to us. Sometimes we have to
figure out if it is our long term goal or short term
satisfaction that matters most. Sometimes they are both
good things, but one gets in the way of the other.
Is there something you need to let go of in order to have
the thing or do the thing that is most important to you?

Summer Weight Loss Group
Also, I have 1 summer weight loss group here in New York
and 1 in Orlando. If you would like more information about
joining us in July, please contact me. The women are doing
amazing. Many of them are successfully losing weight while
also dealing with their emotional relationship with food, their
self-esteem, and how to eat healthier in a practical way that
works for their lifestyle.

Within the past few months I have made huge lifestyle
changes. I take time to listen to what my body needs.
My cravings for artificial sweeteners and processed foods
have diminished. I cook with all whole foods and feel
stronger, more alert, vibrant, and healthy. I have a
renewed passion for life and sense of well-being. I am
overcoming my eating disorder, exploring my spirituality,
and discovering new possibilities for a gratifying career
path. I treasure our relationship. Thank you so much for
your support.
