1. What's It All For?

I refuse to believe that we all are here with no purpose. I
really believe that we each have been uniquely created and
that this life has meaning greater than any of us can imagine.

Now, maybe that is just my cultural perspective speaking.
But the truth is, people all over the world, in fact, the
majority of people all over the world, believe that there is
greater meaning attached to this life.

Just a Primitive Idea?

Do you think that it's true? Or is it just some "primitive"
notion?

Now, I'm not asking you to answer that question for me, but
maybe it would be interesting for you to really think and
answer it for yourself.

What Do We Value?

What I really think is interesting is that in this life - when
you consider that it is a very short life that exists for a small
period of time within the vast span of time - the things we
choose to value and the things we spend our time on.

Work, bad relationships, good relationships, cleaning,
laughing, volunteering, obsessing, sleeping, being sick,
exercising, eating, playing, crying, thinking, studying, earning
money, watching t.v, being angry, hoping, stressing, loving,
..... the list goes on and on

The Questions

I have a few questions for you. I think it is best to think
them over when you can have some space to do so.

Of all the things you can offer in this lifetime. What is the
most valuable?

General?

Specific?

Does your current life reflect this?

If your current life did reflect this, how would your life be
different? How would the people around you be different?
Would the world be any different?

Within the past few months I have made huge lifestyle
changes. I take time to listen to what my body needs.
My cravings for artificial sweeteners and processed foods
have diminished. I cook with all whole foods and feel
stronger, more alert, vibrant, and healthy. I have a
renewed passion for life and sense of well-being. I am
overcoming my eating disorder, exploring my spirituality,
and discovering new possibilities for a gratifying career
path. I treasure our relationship. Thank you so much for
your support.

3. Inspirational Quote

"To have a goal is important, but it is just as important to
act on it. One person I know sets aside a dollar a day until
she has enough for a Hawaiian vacation."
