I have taken numerous private dance lessons with both Elyse and Charlotte. They are really wonderful...so if you are looking for dance fitness...check out their classes.

Wednesdays

 

12:30-1:30pm
Ballet Workout

No experience necessary — no leotards and tights necessary! Instructor Elyse Sparkes uses her dance training to create a workout that feels awesome and gives you the long, strong muscles enjoyed by ballet dancers. Learn the principles of safe movement, and learn real dance steps to glorious ballet music!

6-7pm
Motown Workout

"How Sweet It Is!" Motown Workout at Empire Dance with Elyse Sparkes! It's OK to sing along ("I Can't Help Myself!") Working out is so easy when you're movin' and groovin' to Motown's greatest hits. So, "Stop! n' the Name of Love," and join this fun workout at Empire Dance. The class focuses on safe, low-impact movements for overall fitness and health, with an emphasis on easy dance moves and fun! Open level — all welcome.

6:00 pm (beginning in April)
Stretch & Relax

Mats or towels, for your comfort, strongly recommended yet not required

This Friday stress-buster is a great segue to the weekend. Waiting to exhale???? Come on in and get all the kinks out with safe, gentle stretches and relaxation techniques led by Charlotte. Ahhhhhhhh!
